Shipping Policies

We take pride in carefully packaging the products we sell, as nobody likes to receive items in damaged condition due to poor packaging. We use new boxes and packing material and take care to make sure items are firmly packed to make sure they don't move around during shipping. Electronic parts are shipped in anti-static bags, foam and peanuts.

For orders placed in the United States, we generally ship via US Fist Class and Priority Mail. Packages usually arrive within a week via First Class mail, and two to three days via Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail, which typically takes one to two weeks (although delivery times up to a month do occur from time to time). You may also select USPS Priority Mail International shipping for an increased cost. If you have special shipping requirements please contact us before placing your order and we will try to accommodate you.

Orders placed with Retro Parts Store are generally shipped within one business day of receipt of payment.

Return Policies

We will exchange any defective merchandise with the same item within 30 days of purchase, as long as said item is returned to us in similar condition as it was sent out. If you are having problems programming or erasing any parts, please write us and we'll try to help. With so many types of devices and device programmers out there, not everything always plays well together. If you need to exchange an item or have any questions about merchandise you've purchased, please contact us.
